Had my first steaks tonight. They were great. Marinated them with sparkling water and some season salt and they tasted phenomenal.

Buy their filets and cook them using the 225 method... skillet seared on high for 2 min, flip, sear other side for 2 min on high... transfer to pan in preheated oven on 415 degrees and bake for 5 minutes! Masterpiece when finished. Can't beat the quality of their grass-fed beef. Will definitely be back for more! Mr. Ley will definitely treat you right! 6 star rating!
